VCR is a Tennessee chartered 50103 charitable organization founded by the leadership of the NDVBC which had developed community benefit programs such as training, employment, and affordable housing for the Veteran community.

NDVBC was founded in 2007 in Washington D.C. and is a 501Ⓒ19 Veteran Service Organization. The organization was formed to unite, represent, and advocate for the thousands of Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses across the country coupled with providing Accountability and Oversight of Veteran initiatives nationally.

The V.A. central office in Washington D.C. publishes a national registry that recognizes the organization as a VSO that benefits our community. The NDVBC has lobbied, supported, and developed positive legislation for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses
